basa8 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between basa8 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the member") who registers an account or uses any service provided through the basa8 website and mobile application. basa8 is an online gaming platform operated for members in Bangladesh, offering slots, fishing games, dice, and other gaming products.

These Terms apply to all use of the basa8 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and any interaction with basa8 customer support. By using basa8, you enter into a binding agreement with us on the basis of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access basa8 games and services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each person may hold only one basa8 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at basa8's discretion, and any bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your basa8 account under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. basa8 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• You must notify basa8 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

basa8 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no currency conversion fees. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on basa8:

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though basa8 may apply enhanced verification for large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your basa8 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. basa8 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• basa8 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours, please contact support.
• basa8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside basa8's control.
• basa8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the member.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

basa8 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• basa8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a member's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the bonus offer. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus being voided.
• basa8 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating play with other members to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in each offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the member's account automatically.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on basa8 use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. basa8 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The following rules apply to all game play on the platform:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the basa8 system. basa8 will not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, basa8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Members must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to: bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit techniques.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• basa8 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if there is evidence of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software errors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa8 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on basa8.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using basa8 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate basa8 transaction through your payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the basa8 platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the basa8 platform. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing basa8 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your basa8 account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

basa8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the member's payment provider.
• At the member's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, basa8 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting basa8 support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the member's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

basa8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal difficulty. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all basa8 members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from basa8 for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days — without permanently closing your account.
